When the Club enters or exits a position, members receive an email alert during regular U.S. market hours.
Members are strongly encouraged to enable email notifications, whitelist Mindful Stewards email addresses, and configure their preferred device so trading alerts are easy to recognize and receive during market hours.
The Club is intentionally designed around calm, sustainable participation — not constant screen monitoring. Members do not need to continuously watch charts or their brokerage accounts.
However, members who choose to enter a SwingHunter position should maintain a reasonably reliable way to receive Club alerts and remain attentive to subsequent EXIT notifications while the position is open.

At the same time, swing trading is not completely passive. Members who choose to enter a SwingHunter position should maintain a reasonably reliable way to receive Club alerts during regular U.S. market hours and be able to respond to EXIT alerts in a timely manner.
You do not need to organize your day around the market or avoid normal work, appointments, meetings, or other activities. However, if your schedule or circumstances routinely leave you unable to receive or respond to alerts for extended periods during market hours, you should take that limitation into account when deciding whether active participation is appropriate for you.
