A calmer, more grounded approach to market participation.
Mindful Stewards is designed for everyday people who want an easier and more sustainable way to participate in wealth creation — without the pressure, complexity, or constant attention often associated with modern trading culture.
Members receive swing-trade alerts during regular U.S. market hours based on the Club’s structured market process.
This includes:
ENTRY alerts when the Club enters a position
EXIT alerts when the Club exits a position
ongoing visibility into Club positions
access to our Broker Learning Center and onboarding resources
participation in the Club’s community giving process
The Club is intentionally designed to be simple, time-efficient, and accessible for people with active lives outside the market.
Members do not need to monitor the market continuously. However, members who choose to enter a SwingHunter position should maintain a reasonably reliable way to receive Club alerts and remain attentive to subsequent EXIT notifications while the position is open.
No trading background is required.
Mindful Stewards trade alerts are currently delivered through email.
Because alert timing can matter, members should enable push notifications for their preferred email app (Gmail, Apple Mail, Outlook, etc.) and whitelist all Mindful Stewards email addresses to help ensure alerts arrive promptly and do not route to spam or promotions folders.
For the best experience, members are encouraged to:
Reliable access to trading alerts is an important part of active participation. Members who choose to enter a SwingHunter position should maintain a reasonably reliable way to receive subsequent Club alerts and be prepared to respond to an EXIT alert in a timely manner.
Mindful Stewards does not require constant screen monitoring. However, email delivery and device notifications can occasionally be delayed or interrupted by email providers, connectivity, device settings, or other circumstances. Members should take these practical limitations into account when deciding whether and how to participate.
Mindful Stewards operates exclusively as a swing-trading club.
This means:
When the Club enters or exits a position, members receive an email alert and independently decide whether and at what level to participate using their own brokerage platform.
Members do not need to monitor the market continuously. However, members who choose to enter a SwingHunter position should maintain a reasonably reliable way to receive Club alerts and remain attentive to subsequent EXIT notifications while the position is open.
The standard participation process is simple: members independently decide whether to enter following an ENTRY alert, continue monitoring Club alerts while participating, and independently act to exit when an EXIT alert is received.
The stop level displayed in an ENTRY alert is part of SwingHunter’s systematic risk and exit process and should not automatically be interpreted as an instruction to place a conventional brokerage Stop Loss order at that exact price.
Members remain fully in control of their own accounts and decisions at all times.
Mindful Stewards is designed for everyday people who want an easier and more sustainable way to participate in wealth creation — without the pressure, complexity, or constant attention often associated with modern trading culture.
Participation is generally best suited for accounts that can comfortably maintain reasonable position sizing relative to overall account value.
Because some securities within the SwingHunter universe may trade at several hundred dollars per share or more, members with smaller accounts should use particular care to avoid substantially oversizing individual positions simply because a security has a high share price.
For members whose accounts are too small to maintain reasonable position sizing using whole shares, access to a brokerage that supports fractional-share trading can be an important part of responsible participation. Without fractional shares, a member may be forced either to take disproportionately large positions or to skip higher-priced securities, either of which can cause their risk and results to differ substantially from the Club’s reported performance.
If your account size and brokerage capabilities do not allow you to participate while maintaining reasonable position sizes, you should consider observing rather than actively trading until you have an appropriate account and brokerage setup.
Members are encouraged to participate conservatively and thoughtfully based on their own financial circumstances, comfort level, and risk tolerance.
Mindful Stewards does not provide personalized financial advice or individualized position-sizing recommendations, and all participation decisions remain fully self-directed. The Club does, however, provide members with general position-sizing guidance based on how SwingHunter is designed to operate.
SwingHunter is generally structured around positions of approximately 10% of total account value, and the Member Handbook provides additional examples and context to help members understand this framework before deciding how — or whether — to apply it to their own participation.
Mindful Stewards was intentionally designed for people who:
The goal is not constant activity. The goal is disciplined, sustainable participation that can integrate into everyday life.
Mindful Stewards prioritizes:
We are not building a high-pressure trading environment, finance-bro culture, or prediction culture.
We are building a community centered around clarity, discipline, intelligent growth, and meaningful impact.
A portion of Club profits will be directed toward charitable giving through a recurring community-driven giving process.
Every three months, members will have the opportunity to nominate charitable organizations for consideration. One organization will then be selected at random to receive 10% of the Club’s net profits for that giving cycle.
Our goal is to demonstrate that financial growth and meaningful stewardship can coexist.
Mindful Stewards officially opens September 1st, 2026.
